Payment only by Paypal if you are ordering off this Website. If you require another method, please contact us by email and we will be happy to oblige. All payment must be in British pounds please.

Shipping, Packaging and Insurance
We offer a fast, efficient service. We usually post within 24 hours of receiving your order. We package in bubble wrap and a padded envelope or box, as necessary.  PLEASE NOTE:  We send items to the EU by Airmail as it is the same price, or even slightly cheaper, than Surface Mail. Items sent to the Rest of the World are always sent by airmail [we have found that surface can take up to 120 days!!!].

Satisfaction / Returns
We strive to maintain an excellence in customer service and satisfaction. With that goal in mind we do our utmost to ensure that the condition of every book is as it is described. If there is an error on our part, we offer a 7 days return and full refund. Please email us if you have any problems.

If an item arrives damages contact us, and also PLEASE photograph the package, and then return the book and packaging by Recorded delivery [which will be refunded to you]. Without this we are not able to make a satisfactory claim from the Royal Mail.

For overseas customers – this service is also offered, we require that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your item. If an item is lost in transit we will also offer a full refund and / or credit towards a later purchase.
